I have been baking and decorating wedding cakes in Perth since 2005, with some times off in between to raise my two beautiful daughters and stints in other non-cake related roles.
People often ask me why I only make wedding cakes. My reply is just, "wedding cakes are what I am good at." I simply love making wedding cakes. I love seeing the final product and knowing that I contributed to the couple's happiness in some way.
