Fondant Cakes

Fondant is the traditional wedding cake icing. Imagine it a bit like 'pastry'...it is applied over the cake in one piece and smoothed to get sharp edges.

Unlike buttercream, a fondant cake allows for much more design flexibility. We can do much more with a fondant cake than we can a buttercream cake.
